GEOINT Learning Division Deputy Program Manager
Position Summary
The Deputy Program Manager will assist the Program Manager in overseeing the management and execution of contractor-supported education and training programs within the National Geospatial-Intelligence College’s (NGC) GEOINT Learning Division. This role involves supporting day-to-day operations, managing personnel, and ensuring the alignment of training programs with contract requirements and Government objectives. The Deputy PM will play a key role in ensuring program quality, resource allocation, and communication between Government and contractor teams.
Note: this position is contingent upon contract award.

Primary Duties and Responsibilities:
- Assist the Program Manager in overseeing the execution and coordination of education and training programs across all content areas within the GEOINT Learning Division.
- Support the management of personnel, technical processes, and resource allocation to ensure seamless program operations.
- Help implement quality control measures, risk mitigation practices, and ensure adherence to program timelines and deliverables.
- Act as a secondary point of contact between Government stakeholders and contractor personnel, facilitating effective communication and issue resolution.
- Assist in managing contract phase-in and phase-out transitions, ensuring smooth program continuity.
- Support the review and selection of job candidates, monitor subcontractor performance, and ensure program compliance with performance standards.
- Contribute to reporting on program progress and outcomes and addressing any issues during program execution.
- Current TS/SCI Clearance
- Counterintelligence Polygraph (Preferred)
- National Geospatial-Intelligence College (NGC) Instructor Certification (Preferred)
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Industrial/Organizational Psychology, Human Resources Management, Organizational Development, or a related field.
- 10+ years of experience in program or project management, preferably within government contracts or the Intelligence Community.
- Proven ability to assist in managing large teams and ensuring program quality and performance.
- Strong communication and organizational skills, with a focus on collaboration and team support.
- Desired Certification: Project Management Professional.
