Security PDP Facilitator
Location: Honolulu, Hawaii | Type: Full-Time | Clearance: TS/SCI – CI Poly Preferred
Overview
DarkStar Intelligence is seeking a knowledgeable and experienced Security PDP Facilitator to deliver specialized security instruction in Honolulu, Hawaii. This position focuses on educating personnel across a range of security disciplines in accordance with DIA, COE, and Joint Staff Joint Training Standards. The facilitator will support training efforts related to countermeasures, investigations, law enforcement, and multidisciplinary security functions—tailored to the unique operational challenges of the INDOPACOM Area of Responsibility (AoR). This position operates in an on-site, SCIF-based environment. U.S. citizenship is required.
Key Responsibilities
- Plan, develop, coordinate, implement, and instruct security training courses spanning learning levels from introductory to senior/expert
- Deliver instruction on physical, technical, information, industrial, and personnel security disciplines
- Instruct Theater and operational-level Special Security Officer (SSO) procedures and practices
- Train on the security management of DIA’s Special Access Programs (SAPs) and protection of classified and sensitive information
- Provide training on security countermeasures, investigative practices, and support to law enforcement activities
- Ensure course content supports mission requirements of DIA officers and aligns with INDOPACOM operational environments
- Active TS/SCI security clearance
- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience
- Minimum 10 years of DoD or military experience in security operations
- Trained and certified instructor with experience delivering security-related instruction
- 15 or more years of DoD or military security experience, including operational or strategic assignments within the INDOPACOM AoR
- Certified curriculum developer and DIA instructor
- Experience supporting Special Security Officer functions at the Theater level
- Familiarity with SAP security procedures and multidisciplinary security environments
